Rachel mainly manages the design aspects of the company. She mainly takes care of organisation on the financial front but loves designing and supporting visual artists.
Wai (as most people know him) works tirelessly producing and ensuring that visual elements of the collective are up to his standards. If you need advertisements done or visual art produced Wai is the guy to talk to.
Matt takes care of the collective IT needs as well as consulting on website designs. He is also one of those guys who is there to make things happen. With a background in computer science if you are having computer problems get in touch.

With being in bands like Snake Oil Peddlers, Shaun has a pretty great grasp of of what sounds good. Been on board since the start of our In The Fridge and has recorded and mixed several of the episodes. BAMF dude!
Doing a music degree at the University of Waikato, Soyam is doing an internship with the Volume Collective and NAILING IT! He has been apart of several of the In The Fridge shows and looks like he will be staying for a while.
